Performing an agency or site visit is essential to confirm whether the vendor exclusively operates from the address listed on the portal or has supplementary operational sites.
We refer to it as “𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.”
✅ Whether the Agency correctly fill in all the current operating addresses?
✅ Is the rate Annexure e-signed?
✅ Are the recovery staff wearing ID cards in the office & outside?
✅ Is the agreement copy electronically signed & uploaded on the portal?
✅ Do you have any penalty norms? Has the Agency agreed to it & have they electronically signed it?
✅ Whether the vendor agreement hardcopy maintained at the Agency?
✅ Has the office utilized any channel to convey its code of conduct beliefs to its employees?
✅ Do all agents wear proper attire while working in the field?
✅ Are all agents familiar with the code of conduct after proper training?
✅ Does the Agency have a shop establishment certificate?
✅ Are the names of any banks or NBFCs mentioned on the Agency’s name board, email signature, or visiting cards?
